Apprenticeships

The BHR CEPN Training Hub works with Practices, Primary Care Networks and Care Homes to offer a comprehensive apprenticeship programme that supports staff development and progression needs as well as helping employers recruit and train new staff.

Apprenticeships are currently available for staff in primary and social care from entry level (Level 2) up to post graduate master’s level (Level 7).   Individual training programmes cover Direct Care, Support, Regulated Professional and Management & Leadership roles and are designed to enable an employee to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours required to undertake a specific job.
